לפני כמה ימים קיבלתי אי-מייל מהמגזין הפמיניסטי-נשי-יהודי ניו יורקי "לילית" המבקש רשות להשתמש בצילום הזה, שעשיתי כחלק מפרויקט Mi Girl של מעצבת האופנה מירית ויינשטוק, לצורך כתבה עליה ועל עוד נשים יהודיות בעולם האופנה.
A few days ago i got an e-mail from "Lilith"magazine (independent, Jewish & frankly feminist) in New York City. They are preparing a feature on Jewish women in fashion for our next issue, including a profile of Israeli designer Mirit Weinstock. They would like my permission to include one of the photos I submitted to the project (this is the picture)
הייתי מופתעת מאוד כי דווקא את התמונה שהם בחרו שכחתי שצילמתי
I was very surprised because i already forgot this picture
במהלך הפרויקט, שהיה בעצם קומיקס מצולם על בחורה שהפכה לחתול,
התלהבתי בעיקר מצילומים שעשינו על ספה שהיתה במקרה בתוך פח זבל
During the project, which actually was a comics about a girl who turned into a cat, i really loved the photos we took on a couch which happened to be in the garbage
אבל כנראה שלפעמים דווקא הדברים הפשוטים, הנעשים ללא מאמץ, הם המוצלחים יותר
